Stakeholder Communication

The company lists employees, customers, suppliers, contractors, investors, communities, authorities and banks as the company's eight major stakeholders. We identifies and confirms major topics of interest to stakeholders through the following five steps

Step 1. Identify topics of interest

With the assistance of external experts and internal discussions, and following the GRI guidelines published by the Global Sustainability Reporting Association, consider the overall operating environment and risks, industry characteristics, and the development of LIST in four major areas: ESG governance, environment, society, and products, to compile a list of key topics.

Step 2. Recognize topics of interest

Line up representatives from company departments who directly interact with various stakeholders, and assess stakeholders' the degree of concern to each topic through internal questionnaires.

Step 3. Assess economic, environmental and social impacts

Representatives from internal departments and external experts discuss and analyze the impact of each area on the corporate.

Step 4. Identify major themes

Calculate the weight score of each topic and draw a matrix diagram. Evaluate the completeness, scope of influence, boundary, etc. of each topic.

Step 5. Inspection and review

Periodic review and review to ensure the accurate implementation of the plans, and at the same time report the implementation progress to the board of directors annually. Review the deficiencies and include them in the company's management goals.
